VOTY — Child Safety Standards

VOTY is committed to providing a safe environment for its users and protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation.

Zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

VOTY strictly prohibits any content or behavior involving, promoting, facilitating, soliciting, or encouraging Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

This prohibition applies to all content and interactions available through VOTY, including profiles, photos, posts, polls, questions, answers and comments.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

The creation, upload, sharing, distribution, solicitation or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited on VOTY.

When VOTY becomes aware of CSAM or other content involving child sexual exploitation, appropriate action will be taken. This may include removing the content and suspending or permanently terminating the account responsible.

Where required by applicable law, confirmed CSAM will be reported to the appropriate authorities or relevant child-safety organization.

Prohibited behavior

VOTY prohibits grooming children for sexual purposes, sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors, sextortion involving minors, trafficking of children for sexual exploitation, solicitation or exchange of sexual material involving minors, and any other behavior that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child.

Reporting

VOTY users can report inappropriate content or accounts using the reporting functionality available within the VOTY application.

Reports involving the safety of children will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken.

Compliance with child-safety laws

VOTY complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and cooperates with competent authorities where legally required.
